Working with the goal in mind to design and develop a cohesive environment that accommodates a developer’s brand, demand and budget, I construct conceptual designs that allow investors to merge their identity in a potential property. In particular, I focus on design development prior to investment. This allows clients/investors to efficiently direct funds. My strong communication skills & ability to lead a collaborative atmosphere, allows me to develop a comprehensive understanding of both the property and the client.
